Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-25
Tazer is software, provided by its developers ("we", "us") as is, for educational and informational purposes only. These terms apply to your use of tazer.io, the Tazer app, the Tazer Telegram bot, the Tazer MCP server and agent keys (together, "Tazer"). By using Tazer you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Tazer. You alone are responsible for how you use it and for following the laws that apply to you.

1. Who can use Tazer
You may use Tazer only if all of these are true:
- You are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are not located in, a resident of, or organised in any country or region where using Tazer, automated trading tools or crypto assets is prohibited, or that is subject to comprehensive sanctions.
- You are not named on, owned or controlled by anyone named on, or acting for anyone named on any sanctions list kept by the United States (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom.
- Using Tazer is legal where you are. You alone are responsible for checking that, and for any licence, registration or tax duty your use creates.
You must not use a VPN or any other means to hide where you are in order to get around these limits. We may block access from any location, and we may ask you to prove you are eligible.
2. Your account and your PIN
You sign in with Telegram. A new account needs an invite code. You are responsible for your Telegram account, your PIN and your recovery code, and for everything done with them.
Your PIN protects withdrawals, key export and agent-key changes. Your recovery code is shown once. We cannot see it, show it to you again or reset it for you. If you lose both your PIN and your recovery code, you may permanently lose access to your account and to the wallets in it.
A wrong PIN signs out every session, and repeated wrong attempts lock the account for a while. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your Telegram account, your PIN or your keys.
3. Wallets and custody
Please read this section carefully. It explains exactly where your keys are, so that nothing here is a surprise.
- When you create wallets in Tazer, Tazer generates their private keys and stores them on its servers. When you import a wallet, you give Tazer its private key, and Tazer stores that too.
- Tazer uses those keys to sign the transactions you ask for, or that your agent keys ask for within the limits you set: launches, buys, sells, funding, collecting, rebalancing and withdrawals.
- You can export your private keys at any time, and you can withdraw your SOL to any address. Both need your PIN.
- The assets in your wallets are yours, and so is the control over them. We do not take ownership of them, lend them, pool them with other users' assets, trade them for our own account or move them except when you, or an agent key you created, ask. Tazer is software, not a bank, broker, exchange, investment service or money transmitter, and your wallets are not deposit accounts. They are not insured or protected by any government scheme.
- Anyone who gets a copy of an exported key controls that wallet. Once you have exported a key, keeping it safe is your job.
We protect stored keys with reasonable security measures, but no system is perfectly secure. You understand that a breach, a bug or a failure of our servers or providers could cause a loss, and that we are not responsible for it to the fullest extent the law allows. Export your keys and keep in Tazer only what you need for the work you are doing.
4. No advice
Tazer is software, provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in Tazer, on our website, in our docs, in our Telegram or Discord channels or from anyone on the team is investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, launch or hold any asset. Figures such as profit and loss, market cap, fees and estimates are there for information only and may be wrong or out of date. Decide for yourself, and get independent advice where you need it.
5. Risk
Crypto assets, and newly launched coins in particular, are extremely risky. You accept every risk of using Tazer, including those in our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these terms. You can lose everything you put in.
6. Third-party services
Tazer relies on services we do not own or control. These include the Solana and Robinhood chains and their validators and RPC providers, pump.fun, PumpSwap and other launchpads and DEXes, block builders, the exchanges and swap services that fund your wallets (such as ChangeNOW, FixedFloat, SideShift, Bybit and the Husher aggregator), public storage for coin images (IPFS and Arweave), and Telegram.
Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for what they do or fail to do, for their fees, delays, outages, freezes, KYC requests, refusals or insolvency, or for their smart contracts. If an exchange holds, delays or loses a funding order, you must take it up with that exchange, though we will help where we reasonably can.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Tazer, directly or through an agent, to:
- manipulate a market. This includes wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes, painting the tape, and creating a false or misleading impression of trading volume, price, demand or holder numbers.
- run a rug pull, or launch or promote a coin with the intent to abandon it or to deceive buyers.
- make false or misleading statements about a coin, its team, its backers, its supply, its liquidity or its prospects, or promote a coin without disclosing that you are paid to or hold it where the law requires that disclosure.
- commit fraud, launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or taxes, or handle the proceeds of crime.
- offer or sell securities, derivatives or other regulated products without the licences or registrations the law requires.
- use names, logos, images, trade marks or likenesses you do not have the rights to, including ones that impersonate a real person, brand or project.
- launch coins that sexualise minors, promote violence or hatred, or break the law.
- get around limits, fees, rate limits, invite requirements, eligibility rules or security controls, share your account, or create accounts to avoid a suspension.
- attack, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload Tazer, or interfere with other users.
Funding that is split across wallets and staggered in time is a feature for organising your own wallets. It must not be used to hide who you are from a regulator, a platform or anyone you owe a legal duty to, or to evade any law.
We may refuse, stop or reverse (where technically possible) any action we reasonably believe breaks this section, and we may report it to the authorities.
8. Your coins, your communities and your agents
You are solely responsible for the coins you launch and trade, for anything you say about them, for any community you build around them, and for complying with every law that applies to them, including securities, consumer protection, advertising and tax laws.
You are responsible for every action taken with your agent keys and by any AI agent, MCP client or software you connect to Tazer, as if you had taken it yourself. That includes actions an agent took by mistake, on the basis of a bad prompt or instruction, or because it was compromised. You choose each key's scopes, expiry and limits. Anything above a limit waits for your approval in the app or the Telegram bot, and you are responsible for what you approve.
By design, no agent key can withdraw to an outside address, export keys, import wallets, or use or change your PIN. Within its scope and limits, though, a key can move SOL between your own wallets and buy, sell and launch your own coins. Revoke a key you no longer trust, and keep keys out of code repositories and shared chats.
9. Fees and irreversible transactions
Tazer charges a platform fee on trades and launch buys, as a percentage set by your tier and shown in the app. The fee may be recorded when the trade happens and collected from your wallets later. You authorise us to collect fees you owe from any of your Tazer wallets. We may change our fees going forward. The fee in force when a trade is placed is the one that applies to it.
Network fees, priority fees, tips, launchpad and DEX fees, creator fees, taxes on coins, exchange and swap fees and spreads, and slippage are separate. They are set by third parties and are not refundable by us.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once they are confirmed. Fees and transactions are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise or we agree in writing. Check addresses and amounts before you confirm. A withdrawal with no amount set sends the whole balance.
10. Referrals and creator fees
Referral rewards are a share of the platform fees paid by the people who joined with your invite. We set the share and may change it or end the programme going forward. Rewards are paid only when you claim them, to your default funder wallet, and a claim may be refused if the balance is below the minimum or a claim is already running. We may withhold or cancel rewards gained through self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, or any breach of these terms. You are responsible for any tax on your rewards.
Creator fees are set and paid by each launchpad or DEX, not by Tazer. Some venues pay the launcher nothing. When you split creator fees across addresses at launch, that split is written on chain and may not be changeable later. We do not guarantee that any coin will earn fees.
11. Intellectual property and licence
Tazer, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tazer under these terms. The Tazer MCP server and any code we publish under an open licence are governed by that licence.
You keep the rights to the names, images and text you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and publish them as needed to run Tazer, including uploading coin metadata to public, permanent storage. You promise you have the rights to grant this.
If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Tazer at any time. Withdraw your assets or export your keys first.
We may suspend, limit or close your account, block a transaction or pause agent keys, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or the law, if a regulator, court or law enforcement agency requires it, to protect you, other users or Tazer, or if we stop offering Tazer. Unless the law prevents it, we will give you a reasonable chance to withdraw your assets or export your keys, except where they are subject to a legal hold.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15 and 16) do.
13. No warranties
Tazer is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that any launch, bundle, buy, sell, funding order or withdrawal will land, land in a particular block, land at a particular price, or succeed at all.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developers of Tazer and everyone who works on it:
- are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, tokens, data, goodwill or opportunity.
- are not liable for losses caused by market movements, third-party services, blockchains, smart contracts, your agents or agent keys, your own mistakes, anyone who got hold of your Telegram account, PIN, recovery code or exported keys, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to Tazer is limited to the platform fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the developers of Tazer, and everyone who works on it or with it, against any claim, loss, liability, fine or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Tazer, your coins and statements about them, your agents and agent keys, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or of anyone else's rights.
16. Disputes
Before starting any formal claim, contact us in the app, or through our Telegram bot @TazerIOBot, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
To the extent the law allows, any dispute that is not resolved that way will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration institution, not in court. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action, and must be brought within one year of arising. Where the law of your home country gives you mandatory rights that these terms cannot remove, you keep them.
17. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or through the bot before they apply. If you keep using Tazer after that, you accept the new terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, it is enforced to the fullest extent possible and the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them, for example to whoever takes over the software. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure are the whole agreement between you and us about Tazer.
18. Contact
Contact us in the app, or through our Telegram bot @TazerIOBot. We do not handle support, legal or privacy requests through any other channel, and nobody from Tazer will ever ask for your PIN, recovery code or keys.
