Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-09-25

Launching and trading crypto assets is high risk. Read this before you use Tazer, and use only money you can afford to lose completely. This disclosure forms part of our Terms of Service. It is not a complete list of risks.

Total loss

Most newly launched coins lose most or all of their value, often within minutes or hours. Prices can move sharply in a single block, and liquidity can vanish. You can lose everything you put into a coin, into funding or into fees.

Execution, slippage and timing

Bundles, launches, buys and sells can fail, land partly, land in a later block than planned, or fill at a worse price than quoted because of slippage, congestion, competing bots, MEV, priority fees or venue rules. Estimates, quotes and profit-and-loss figures are approximate and may be wrong.

Chains, smart contracts and venues

Blockchains (including Solana and the Robinhood chain), launchpads, DEXes and their smart contracts can have bugs, be exploited, halt, fork, change their rules or fees, or shut down. Transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed. Tokens on some venues charge taxes or rewards that reduce what you hold.

Exchanges and funding

Funding goes through third-party exchanges and swap services. They can delay, refund at a different rate, freeze, ask for identity checks, or fail entirely. An order can take minutes to hours, and a single deposit can be delivered to your wallets in part.

Custody and security

Tazer stores the private keys of your Tazer wallets on its servers so that it can sign transactions for you. A breach or failure at Tazer or its providers, or the loss or leak of your Telegram account, PIN, recovery code, exported keys or agent keys, could lead to a loss. Keep in Tazer only what you are actively using.

AI agents and automation

AI agents can misread instructions, act on bad data or be manipulated. Within the scope and limits you give an agent key, it can move SOL between your own wallets, and buy, sell and launch without asking you. Set tight limits and review what you approve.

No advice, no guarantees

Tazer does not give investment advice and does not guarantee any result, fee income, referral income or price. Past performance, including figures shown in the app, says nothing about the future.
